I chose Medilodge of Tawas City again since I was here for my first knee surgery. I had a good experience the first time, so figured I would come back after this knee surgery. The staff that most stood out to me? There are a few of them. First - Hannah CNA she is so bubbly, very thorough, knows the needs of the patients and fun to be around she can always make you smile. Chrystal RN has been very attentive and caring the whole time I was here. Kept on top of things. Then there is Stacy OT & Mike DON who was also very attentive to what I needed and immediately made changes. Hats off to you all! My overall experience was wonderful. I’m glad that my meds were always on time and my call light was answered very quickly. I will and have referred a couple of my friends to your center.

I chose MediLodge of Tawas City for myself. I have heard good things out in the community about your center. Shannon (CNA) makes people feel comfortable he makes me laugh. Cheryl LPN (nurse) is always friendly and compassionate. The staff is great and very kind. My advice to everyone is to take everything one day at a time.

“I chose Medilodge of Tawas City for myself. My friend Mike is the D.O.N. there. I chose this center because it was close to where I live, and was a shorter distance for my wife to travel to see me. There are a few departments that stood out to me. First, there is nursing: Kendra and Leeann, the main two nurses that took care of me, both did a great job, were always polite, courteous, and very caring. Stephanie and April (CENAs from first shift) are both very caring people who take their job seriously and are polite as well. They always made sure I was comfortable, asking if I needed anything. Upper management came by on daily rounds, making sure everything was going well, asking how the prior evening went. The center has an excellent therapy department. Greg, Stacy, Emily, Lana kudos to you! You all show your passion for what you do. Shower aides Amber and Hannah also do a great job. Thank you for all you do. My overall stay was excellent.”

You know, it's a very good feeling when both times I have been to your center I came in by ambulance and I can walk out of here. I trust the staff here and your therapy department is truly amazing. I will come back if I ever need therapy again and will tell others what a great center MediLodge of Tawas City is.

I want to thank you for the wonderful care you are taking of my mother, Melinda Taylor, who is a resident at your facility. I am far away in Florida and have worried about her in the past, but now that she is with you I am relieved. She seems very happy and that makes me smile. I chose MediLodge of Tawas City for my therapy because I wanted to be closer to my home and family. Brandy SP therapist is a sweetheart she went above and beyond for me. Jordon was very kind and attentive to my needs. Medilodge of Tawas City is the most wonderful place I have ever been to. Everyone here has been truly a GOD sent. I chose MediLodge of Tawas City due to my fractured arm and for strengthening. Everyone was so wonderful! From dietary to the nursing staff they were all so good to me. I would highly recommend MediLodge of Tawas city to everyone I know in need of skilled care.

I chose MediLodge of Tawas City after having back surgery. My friend Nancy recommended that I choose to go here. Therapy was A #1! Pam and Tammy were both very attentive, helpful and useful. Jacob (CNA) was friendly and attentive.
