National Nursing Week at MediLodge of Tawas City!

I chose MediLodge of Tawas City for my father, Ralph Hengehold’s therapy because of his weakness. I heard the therapy here was great and it has been. Hannah and Courtney (CNAs) were always very personal-able, caring, nice and joked around. We like the improvements that have been made at MediLodge of Tawas City, the rooms are very home like! I will recommend the center to others in need of a place to go.

I chose MediLodge of Tawas City for my therapy because I wanted to be closer to my home and family. Brandy SP therapist is a sweetheart she went above and beyond for me. Jordon was very kind and attentive to my needs. Medilodge of Tawas City is the most wonderful place I have ever been to. Everyone here has been truly a GOD sent. I will recommend your center to my friends and family. Thank you for all you have done for me.

I chose Medilodge of Tawas City again since I was here for my first knee surgery. I had a good experience the first time, so figured I would come back after this knee surgery. The staff that most stood out to me? There are a few of them. First - Hannah CNA she is so bubbly, very thorough, knows the needs of the patients and fun to be around she can always make you smile. Chrystal RN has been very attentive and caring the whole time I was here. Kept on top of things. Then there is Stacy OT & Mike DON who was also very attentive to what I needed and immediately made changes. Hats off to you all! My overall experience was wonderful. I’m glad that my meds were always on time and my call light was answered very quickly. I will and have referred a couple of my friends to your center.

I chose Medilodge of Tawas City for my dad, Dixie Caudill, for a respite stay while I spent some time downstate. I can always count on Medilodge of Tawas City to allow me to bring dad in when I need to. Ida, Admissions & Marketing Director works very well with myself and our hospice agency. I can let them know a few days ahead of time that I would like to bring dad there, Medildoge is right on it willing to do whatever it takes to get him in. I can always count on Medilodge of Tawas City to take care of my dad, you all do good work. I know my dad is safe while I’m gone. I will always use Medilodge of Tawas City for our respite stays.

I chose MediLodge of Tawas City after having hip surgery. I know Ida, the marketer, who comes to the Hale Senior Center monthly to do our blood pressures. I also had a connection with Pam (therapy) since I have known her family for many years. I know they both really care. I don’t want to go home, and I would like to stay. I’ve had an overall good experience while staying here.

It’s very good here at MediLodge of Traverse City! The staff treats me very well. They even set up a special dining table just for me and my wife on our anniversary with linen and flowers. We felt so special and enjoyed our meal together since I wasn’t able to be home yet for the special date. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

I chose MediLodge of Tawas City for myself. I have heard good things out in the community about your center. Shannon (CNA) makes people feel comfortable he makes me laugh. Cheryl LPN (nurse) is always friendly and compassionate. The staff is great and very kind. My advice to everyone is to take everything one day at a time.

I have been in a facility similar to this and MediLodge of Tawas City is infinitely better! The food here is wonderful. It tastes good, it’s always warm and they offer a wide variety to choose from. The nursing staff is just as wonderful as can be. They are very attentive. They listen to me and allow me to take part in my care. The activities here couldn’t be better! There are three wonderful activities ladies. Courtney was the first person to make me feel wanted in a very long time. She took the time to talk to me and encouraged me to stay positive. There are a wide variety of activities but the ones I enjoy most are Jeopardy, Euchre and Word Games. Although my eyesight is bad, they have made accommodations so that I could take part in art and crafts. At first, I was very anxious to leave here but now I feel like I fit in. I have made friends with many of the other residents. I don’t know how the staff here does it. They are so kind, patient and as nice as can be to all of us that live here. I hope to stay here as long as possible.
